Philosophy of Care           

I provide high quality, compassionate care in a comfortable and private setting. At our first appointment, you will receive a careful assessment and together we will formulate a plan of care, which could include individual psychotherapy, medication, couple’s or family therapy, or referral to other services.


In order to schedule an appointment, please contact me by either phone or email. Once you schedule an appointment, please submit a personal information form online or print and fill out a form by hand and bring it to your first visit.

If you have made an appointment and need to change the date, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will do the same for you. Except in the case of an emergency or dangerous driving conditions, if you miss an appointment or cancel less than twenty-four hours in advance, you may be billed for that time. Please be aware that your insurance will not reimburse for missed appointments.


All information exchanged during our appointments is confidential, with the exception of situations involving risk of suicide, homicide, other violence, or potential child abuse. In these situations, I am required by law to involve other people. In addition, your health insurance company may request information from me about your treatment.

Fees & Insurance           

My fees are as follows:

  • 45-50 minute initial consultation/evaluation                        $250.00
  • 1 hour & 20 minute consultation                                        $350.00
  • 45-50 minute appointment                                               $225.00
  • 20-25 minute appointment                                               $150.00

Telephone consultation, along with the time involved in completing and processing forms, may also be billable at my regular rate. You will receive a billing statement at the end of each month with payment expected at that time. You are responsible for submitting claims to your insurance company directly. You might want to check with your health insurance policy to determine coverage.

When not in my office, I check voice messages frequently. I will make every effort to return your call within one to two business days. When I am not available, I will arrange for coverage and will leave that information on my outgoing message.
